For over 25 years, guitarist and composer Chris Jennings has been creating compelling music in multiple genres. A founding member of 90s rock band Blindman’s Holiday, Chris developed a unique sound and style which incorporated his multiple influences.  Between touring, Chris received a degree from Cornell University. He then received a Master’s degree in Jazz and Commercial Music from Manhattan School of Music playing with some of NYCs best jazz musicians.  He eventually went into a doctoral program at Columbia University leaving after he completed the requirements to  become a certified music teacher. Today, Chris teaches classroom and choral music at PS/IS 187 in Washington Heights, composes and arranges music (and produces recordings) for  the Leonisa Ardizzone Quintet, is a founding member of Justin Hines and the Headphones and writes and records his own acoustic compositions for his band Chris Jennings and the Wayward Fathers.
